You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Get answers to common questions about classes, memberships, studio policies, and beginner tips.
Are there classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes designed to help you build a strong foundation in yoga. Our instructors provide clear guidance, modifications, and support to ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you begin your yoga journey.

How hot is the room during classes?

Our classes range between 85–99°F (29–37°C), creating a warm environment to help you deepen your practice, increase flexibility, and detoxify. If you’re new to heated classes, we recommend hydrating well and listening to your body throughout the session.

What should I bring to class?

You’ll need a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small sweat towel for classes. Don’t have gear? No problem—our studio offers mat and towel rentals, so you can come as you are and still enjoy the experience.

Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome if space allows, we recommend reserving your spot online ahead of time to guarantee availability, especially for popular class times. Signing up is quick and easy through our website or mobile app.

What membership options do you offer?

We offer flexible pricing, including unlimited memberships, class packages, and drop-in rates. New students can also enjoy an exclusive introductory offer to help you explore our classes before committing.

Can I practice power yoga if I’m not very flexible?

Absolutely! Power yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility. Over time, regular practice will help improve your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Remember, yoga is about progress, not perfection.
